1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or purchasing services through the QUADDIS platform (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. Scope of Career Services & AI ATS Audits
QUADDIS provides human expert career consulting, curriculum vitae (CV) and resume rewriting, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and automated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) algorithmic audits:
- Interactive & 50-Point ATS Scanners: Algorithmic rubric tools that evaluate keyword alignment against enterprise hiring platforms (e.g. Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse). Scores are benchmark guidelines based on industry taxonomy and do not constitute an employer endorsement.
- Bespoke Career Rewriting: Customized consulting wherein an assigned recruitment director collaborates with you to rework your executive positioning, narrative structure, and career milestones.
- Turnaround Times: Turnaround guarantees (typically 48 to 72 hours) commence upon the client providing all required career background information and completing the onboarding intake.
3. Ethical Employment & Interview Disclaimer
QUADDIS guarantees professional diligence, high-fidelity ATS alignment, and certified editorial standards. However, hiring decisions remain exclusively at the sole discretion of third-party employers. We do not ethically or legally guarantee specific interview invitations, job offers, or salary amounts.
4. Client Warranties & Content Accuracy
You represent and warrant that all career achievements, dates of employment, degrees, certifications, and factual representations provided to QUADDIS are accurate, truthful, and lawful. QUADDIS disclaims all liability resulting from inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or omissions provided by the client.
5. Intellectual Property & License to Client
Upon full settlement of fees, you retain 100% full personal ownership and copyright of your finalized CV, cover letter, and rewritten career documents. QUADDIS retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, algorithms, software code, and scoring methodologies embodied within the Platform.
6. Account Security & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to:
- Engage in automated scraping, reverse engineering, or denial-of-service attempts against our scoring API.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or payloads disguised as documents.
- Impersonate any individual, executive, or organization.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (and the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre where relevant). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of London, England.
